1) A recent insurance survey suggest that there is a lot of scope for setting up schemes.

2) The Deutsche Bank has decided to sue 26 insurers for £1million claiming that insurance companies involved in 2008-2009 should pay out for a law firm that the bank successfully sues for negligence.

3) Professional Insurance Agents Ltd reveals new deal with leading insurers to provide excess buy back policies with new Professional Indemnity Insurance products for "Green & Environmental types business"

4) Mobile phone technology to be used to sell Directors & Officers and Public Liability Insurance
