With Spain's borrowing costs back to very high levels speculation that Spain
will need a bailout, Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy suggested at a press meeting
that if current borrowing costs remain too high for too long then Spain would
need to have help and a bailout.
With a deeper recession and out put down the country is in a very bad condition.
